hey! This is a fnaf blog but i feel like i need to say this since I'm seeing it pop up SO much.

Dear Poppy Playtime Fandom, especially new folks. It is NOT wrong to be in love with, attracted to, or ship the mascots.

As a FNAF fan, most people ship, love and whatever else strictly with the mascots. They are NOT shipping ( or sexualizing ) children. Anyone who does that makes it so obvious its gross.

Poppy Playtime is the same way. If it REALLY makes you anxious, just tag it as "the mascot". Catnap the mascot, Kissy Missy the mascot, etc.

The only ones that are kids even in mascots it seems is toon and little Smiling and Nightmare Critters, and the Poppy doll. I don't know about say, boogie bot, candy cat, bron or bee cat.

But Huggy, Kissy, Mommy, Daddy, Ms Delight and Doey are adult mascots. Possibly the bigger body smiling critters also considering their voice boxes.

I have no idea about Boxy Boo, Yarnaby, PJ-pug-a-pilar or Pianosaurus. I do think Pianosaurus is an adult at least. I believe The Prototype is also up in the air but personally i believe its an adult.

I also want to say real quick on the other hand its TOTALLY okay to not like the shipping or any other thing. I don't always like shipping either.

I just don't want to see ANOTHER fandom be like "It has kids in there" when most people are just strictly talking about the mascot.

Do you have any head canons for Don Flameco and Carmen's married life?

Hey nonnie!! I have some married life CarDon headcanons and still thinking up more at this moment but I’ll share what I have so far!

Don and Carmen of course are happily married. Even as a married couple, they are still their lovey dovey selves.

They end up having five kids; daughter Valentina Pilar Escamillo de la Rosa, son Luis Martín Escamillo de la Rosa, twins: son Nicolás Raúl Escamillo de la Rosa and daughter Rosario Elisa Escamillo de la Rosa and the youngest: son Antonio Samuel Escamillo de la Rosa.

Don does retire from boxing to focus on helping Carmen raise their children.

Carmen, after being successful as a model and then fashion designer, decides to partner up with Don and together they launch their own fashion and cosmetic line, Rosas del Flamenco (Roses of Flamenco).

They also have pets in the family: two dogs, three cats and a parrot. Their dogs are named Zorro (he's a Spanish Water Dog) and Bella (she's a Papillon). Their cats are named Luna (she's a Maine coon), Tango (he's a black cat), and Churro (he's an orange tabby). Their parrot is named Piquito (that means "little beak" in Spanish). I don't know a breed for Piquito but if I do think of one, will update this.

Don and Carmen always cook together. Don even improved on cooking thanks to Carmen but when it comes to baking sweets, he leaves her to do that because he feels she bakes better than he does.

They grow their own rose garden in their backyard. Don surprised her the day he completed the garden.

In the afternoons, they love relaxing in their balcony, holding hands and watching the sunset.

They always have movie night with the kids on Fridays but on Saturdays, it's movie night for only Don and Carmen.

And yes, they still have date nights, at home or going out. Date nights range from taking her out for a stroll, have candlelit dinners or one time, Don taking Carmen to see their favorite band, Hombres G.

the Thor Love and Thunder poster is Jane wielding the hammer and part of @elipie's current roster of Marvel posters. I decided to put Ronon's art right next to it because I liked the swirl of red and blue together.

The bottom art here in the purple flower frame is Vyara Brennan's unicorn illustration. She's a mixed media artist and illustrator. I met her at an art festival and was captivated by all the texture and colors her work displayed. She and her friend seemed confused and surprised that I had stopped to make small talk. I had asked about her use of felt in the designs and her original characters which were quite varied and I misgendered several of them along the way with my questions but was happily corrected. It was a great conversation. I think a lot of people walked by without stopping to check out her table. She and her friend were extra surprised when I said I had to run to the ATM to get cash and I actually came back. So many her collages were so varied and complex with her original characters and chunky felt and other very tactile things that made my brain go happy. I got a number of art postcards of her various characters. She's loaded up her Etsy shop since I last checked, so you can have a look and see what's available. SHOP LINK. Also I really love this thriftstore frame with it!!

this is art by @aurumcalendula who sends me the most wonderful nature art. I have a ton aurum's colorful birds and other sketches in scrapbooks right now but I pulled this one out after noticing a green and nature theme from my layout design. I found this frame during one of my many excursions to thrift stores in the area. I love thrift store frames so much and was so happy to finally use this one.

art by Bella Pilar whose cards are so beautiful. I placed this specifically on the wall so it would catch the mid/late afternoon light and glitter nicely when I'm sitting at my desk. The words destina wrote me inside I have treasured for years, just like I have been treasuring destina's words since I read her Stargate fic a million years ago.

There was an art festival nearby a few months ago and I was heading over to check it out. I came across Ronon and his mom set up on a corner several blocks away and he had his own art out for sale. He couldn't have been more than 10 or 11. He and his mom were so surprised that I had stopped at all, let alone started asking him questions about what he had been making and being excited about it. In addition to some abstract watercolory pieces, he had this amazing 16x20 canvas featuring characters Among Us. He had such a strong figurative skills, I was really impressed. I didn't really have good wallspace for a canvas that big. I opted for two smaller abstract canvases and gave him a $20. By the look on his face I think I might have been his first ever sale. His mom was also so shocked that I bought something. I gave her my old art instagram to connect with me, I told them I could offer up some of my old art supplies if he ever ran out. I haven't heard back but that's alright. There had been a moderate amount of foot traffic of the neighborhood coming and going to the art festival but I got the impression that they had been ignored by everyone all morning. Which was sad because he was a cool little guy and his art was great.

so that is the art on my wall! I have many feelings about the art and managing to get!! it! UP!

Chiaotzu looks overhead in confusion, leaning on the van's sunroof. He wears a black hat with a red pompon, a green and yellow and white-sleeved tangzhuang with red detailing, black pants, and yellow lower-leg fastenings.

Tenshinhan pretends to be asleep, looking above with his third eye. He wears a white tank top, black pants with yellow leg fastenings, a red waist sash, and green forearm sleeves with red ends.

Above the van, riding Nimbus, are Sora, Donald, and Goofy.

Sora, on his hands and knees on the left, peeks down Nimbus with a smile and his hair flowing in the wind. He wears a black sleeveless shirt with white v-neck detailing, red pants, blue lower-leg sashes, white and blue fingerless gloves, black shoes with gold soles and caps, and his crown necklace.
